Shipping Policy
Our products are services, not physical products. Your legal documents will be provided to you once drafted and complete. If they require signing or execution, the final documents will be provided to you at the scheduled signing unless you are not located in the Austin, Texas area.
For products that involve a legal proceeding, nothing is "shipped" to the client.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our Terms & Conditions address any request for a return or exchange. In short, once purchased, there is a very limited time to request a refund. Once that period passes, the purchase is final, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed. Our Terms & Conditions discuss these matters.
