Young Adult Package

The following are included with this package:

• A 15-minute initial phone or Zoom consultation if there is a question about the questionnaire or other issues that need to be addressed prior to drafting.
• Drafting of the following documents based on your questionnaire and any personal consultation: (1) a Power of Attorney, (2) a Medical Power of Attorney, (3) a HIPAA Authorization, and (4) a FERPA Authorization. NOTE - This package does not include a will. 
• Review and editing of draft documents to make sure your documents meet your desires and needs.
• Signing/Execution of the completed documents at our office in Westlake or at one of our other Austin-area locations (Circle C, Lake Pointe, etc.). We ensure your documents are properly signed and correctly executed.
• The notarization fees are included in the purchase price if the signing occurs at our locations and per our normal schedule.

The following are not included:

• For expedited or unusual signing scheduling demands (short notice, odd times outside of our norms, or an unusual location), there are additional charges, including a fee for the notary. The notary fee is $10.00 per acknowledgment (signature). Generally, each signature on each document must be notarized. 
• A will is NOT included in this package.  If you want a will, please purchase the Premium Young Adult Package. 
• All edits or revisions after the second substantive revision are $100 each.
• All additional fees must be paid at the time of signing.

After buying our service or document, please fill out the associated questionnaire and email it back to us. This questionnaire helps us gather critical information to draft your documents or commence your case. Our team will review your responses and ask for further details if needed.

If you have questionnaire-related questions, you can arrange a 15-minute initial phone/Zoom meeting with us.

For Documents: After we get your completed questionnaire, we'll prepare your documents and email them to you. You are allowed to request two substantive revisions without any extra charges. Substantive changes beyond this or due to a change of mind will incur additional costs. Corrections of our errors or filling in missing information do not count towards the two-revision limit. The final step is to sign the documents at our Westlake office or other Austin locations.

For Legal Proceedings: We'll arrange an initial phone or Zoom meeting after receiving your completed questionnaire. We'll discuss your case, ensure the flat-fee model suits your needs, and establish a tentative schedule. If the flat-fee model doesn't suit your situation, you can switch to an hourly fee model, or we'll refund your payment (subject to our Terms & Conditions). Each case will have unique requirements and timelines.
