Non-Disclosure Agreement

This package includes the following:

• A 15-30 minute phone or Zoom conference to discuss your situation and what you want from the non-compete agreement.
• Drafting a Non-Disclosure Agreement that defines the nature of your discussions, defines the scope of the confidential information that is covered by the agreement, and establishes duties and responsibilities for all parties to keep such information confidential. 

What is NOT included:

• Any other legal work other than what is stated above.

Once you purchase this package, we will contact you to set up the initial meeting. Once we have the initial meeting and determine your needs, we will draft a non-disclosure agreement that suits your needs and complies with Texas law. If you have a current non-disclosure agreement, we recommend that you provide that to us to review.
