The Essential Estate Planning Package for single people is an economical choice for most single individuals and single parents. It provides a will, financial power of attorney, medical power of attorney, a physician's directives, and a HIPPA Authorization. This package covers the majority of estate planning needs. If your estate plan is complex or your net worth is exceptionally high, additional charges may apply, or a different package might be more suitable.

The Will outlines your final wishes, provides instructions for your estate, and enables the appointment of guardians for minor children. The powers of attorney allow you to assign an individual to manage your financial and property affairs or make crucial medical decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated. These are "springing" powers, activated only when required. The physician's directives let you specify your preferred treatment in the event of a terminal or irreversible condition.

The HIPPA authorizations permit designated individuals to access your protected health information during illness or hospitalization. This often overlooked document is increasingly vital due to growing privacy concerns. This package provides comprehensive, economical estate planning. Contact us today for peace of mind.
