FAQ's
I cannot tell you how many people have told me that they have not made a Will because they were not "positive" or "certain" about what they wanted to do. Seriously? Come on, any Will is better than no Will. This is paralysis through indecision.
You should not let questions about how you want your Will drafted stop you. Here's a news flash - you can always change it! And, with Curbside Attorney, it is easy to change you will once we draft your first will. We have your information and can change your will quickly. So, fear not!
My advice is make a will today. Don't wait for the next pandemic to get you to make a decision (I seriously just said that). Your will is not permanent. You can change it if you change your mind or your circumstances change. After all, we all know you don't want to make your crazy in-laws the guardian's of your children anyway..... (only joking, sort of....).
